Our youth will train in therapeutic environments where they will have access to group and one on one coaching. As D.O.P.E prides itself in transformational leadership, the youth are encouraged to mentor and coach in their communities as a project, community service assignment and eventually as a way of life.

D.O.P. E’s four phase life skill program/process is interactive and works with a meet me where I am ideology. Starting with the curb phase where participants learn to identify allies and set boundaries on through the final phase of critical thinking and action planning.
